For Montana agents
Let's do one together this year.
You have already been burned by a pre-approval that did not survive underwriting, and by a lender who went quiet in week four. Here is exactly what we put on the table, in writing.

Four commitments
What you get, stated plainly.
A 24-hour scenario desk
Send us anything Monday morning and you get a real answer, not a maybe, by Tuesday. Self-employed, acreage, a shop with no permit, a build that has to beat the frost. That is the whole point of us.
Pre-approvals that hold
Underwriter-reviewed before it leaves our office, with the conditions listed on the letter so the listing side knows what is actually done. We would rather kill a deal in week one than week six.
Co-branded county market notes
Every other Tuesday, your name and your face on real county-level data. Median price, days on market, what closed, program and limit changes. You send it to your database and you look like the smartest person in their inbox.
CE we teach and we pay for
Continuing education in your office or ours, taught by people who actually underwrite. No pitch deck disguised as a class.
How we handle your client
Five steps, each with a name on it.
- 01
First call
Your client gets a person on the phone, not a portal. We take the scenario, name the program that fits and say plainly what we still need to see.
Point of contact
our Montana team
Same business day
- 02
Application and document review
We tell your client exactly which documents matter and in what order, so the file is not being rebuilt in week three.
Point of contact
Our Montana team with our processing team
Documents reviewed within one business day of receipt
- 03
Underwriter-reviewed pre-approval
The letter goes out with the conditions listed on it. You get a copy so you know what is done and what is outstanding before you write the offer.
Point of contact
Bison underwriting for correspondent-channel loans
Typically 48 hours from a complete file
- 04
Under contract to clear to close
Appraisal, title, well and septic, insurance binder. If something slips, you hear it from us the day it slips, not the week of closing.
Point of contact
Your named processor, with the Montana office copied on every update
Status update every Tuesday and Friday, without you asking
- 05
Closing
Closing Disclosure delivered on time, numbers reconciled with the title company, and a human at the table if the closing is local.
Point of contact
our Montana team
Figures to title at least three business days out

Scenarios in before noon usually get an answer the same day. Anything sent Monday morning has an answer by Tuesday.
3010 Santa Fe Court, Office 121, Missoula, MT 59808Or get paid for the work you are already doing.
Some agents are already teaching classes, running events, tracking their county's numbers and recruiting talent into the business. Bison hires a small number of those agents as part-time employees to do that work on the record, and pays an hourly wage for the hours worked.
The part-time Business Development Manager role. Hourly wage plus performance bonuses, W-2 employment for documented work.
Nothing on this page is compensation for referrals, and we will not pay for one. Our agent programs are marketing and education available to any licensed Montana agent on the same terms. The Business Development Manager role is W-2 employment paid at an hourly wage for documented work performed, not a share of any settlement service.
