That is the whole idea behind the company name, and it is how we handle a file that has gone sideways: we go at it, together, and we shorten your exposure.
Bison Mortgage started as three friends who were raising kids, growing businesses and chasing good times, and who had seen the mortgage business done badly enough to want to build something different.

Some people want the lowest number on a screen and nothing else. That is a completely reasonable way to buy a mortgage, and there are lenders built for it. We are built for the other conversation, the one where you want to understand what you are signing and you want a person to own it. If that is not what you are shopping for, we will tell you early instead of wasting your spring.
